Finding the path to solving musculoskeletal pain and injury requires a healthy dose of perspective.

Rather than relying on symptomatic treatments and stop-gap solutions, we need to take the time to understand why you've become sore. Otherwise, it's impossible to figure out an effective long-term strategy that meets or exceeds your rehabilitation goals.

Whether it be low back pain, neck pain, knee pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, foot pain, or anything else you might currently be struggling with, there are genuine underlying factors that have led you to where you are. It's just really hard to appreciate them without a little guidance.

It's important to note that we aren't talking about the commonly blamed culprits here. We aren't talking about age, or growing pains, or "sleeping funny", or even overuse. Ultimately, these aren't good enough explanations for your pain and injury. On the surface, they make perfect sense, but when you add that healthy dose of perspective it becomes clear that these things expose hidden deficiencies rather than create them on their own.

Instead, this perspective allows us to truly understand the modern world and its covert role in sabotaging our basic human mechanics. It helps us connect previously overlooked dots between what we do each day, how we do it, what we use to do it, and eventual physical consequences.

Whether it be our constant thirst for sitting or the shoes we decide to wear each day, these decisions may compromise the way our body functions. And given enough time, these hidden handbrakes might snowball into something unwanted and painful.

And through Your Wellness Nerd, I hope to give you these final pieces to your puzzle. The necessary information you may need to not only conquer your symptoms but the reason why they exist in the first place.

So if you feel the time is right to make change, please consider our courses as a crucial step in the right direction.

Hey! My name is Grant Frost, and I hope I can help.

I'm an Australian Physiotherapist who's intensely passionate about trying to uncover (and solve) the root cause of common aches, pains, and injuries.

Over the last 15 years, I've been working side-by-side with my patients to develop a unique understanding of how the body functions best - and how it breaks down.

As a result, I genuinely believe I have the necessary perspective to help anyone meet their musculoskeletal pain and injury goals.

But please don't take my word for this, let me show you!
